Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Installed or used appliances
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Items without original packaging or invoice
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Products that require installation once installed

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

For card payments, refund timing may vary depending on the issuing bank.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
