Order Cancellation Policy

At Almasreen, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. To ensure efficient operations, the following cancellation terms apply:


1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Customers may request to cancel their order before order confirmation or processing.
  • Once the order has been confirmed, processed, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • In some cases, cancellation may be allowed subject to approval and may incur applicable fees (if any).

2. Almasreen’s Right to Cancel Orders

Almasreen reserves the full right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Pricing errors or incorrect product information
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer details
  • Failure to confirm the order via phone or verification process
  • Operational issues affecting delivery or fulfillment
  • Orders are subject to a review period of up to 24 hours. Almasreen reserves the right to cancel any order during this review period.

3. Payment & Refunds

  • If an order is cancelled by Almasreen after payment is completed, the customer will receive a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days (depending on the payment provider).
  • Cash-on-delivery orders will simply be cancelled with no charges applied.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are only considered confirmed after successful verification (e.g., phone confirmation).
  • Almasreen reserves the right to refuse or cancel any unverified order.
